this being condones and perpetuates violence against women.  this being continues to harass me all day long despite my numerous petitions

lately, I've been feeling as if I have to put on some kind of a façade to maintain a relationship with God and to please him.  But I feel as if this is draining my soul and my spirit - simply put, i feel unhappy.  i don't think religion, faith or Christianity should be like this. 

Cycle of Violence

indiscriminating
it sneaks up on its victims
bringing with it generations of sins, violence and memories
carrying sins of forefathers
inflicting wounds, wreaking havoc, perpetuating abuse
on innocent bystanders - children, mothers, mothers- and fathers-to-bes,
who will then pass on this cursed baton to another generation of unaware victims
until one courageous soul stands up to its unrelenting fire.
